Hi,
I got a new phone contract about 2 months ago on a 2 year deal pay monthly. My circumstances have now changed and I will be in Europe indefinitely. The roaming charges with this contract are very expensive. What options do I have to get a better roaming deal or reduce the cost of this contract to the bare minimum so I can get another contact that suits my circumstances better.
Thanks
Paul

Hi @PaulIzzie
There is no real option but to pay off your contract and move to payg (if you want to retain your number) if you are not returning to the UK.
Thanks

You should contact EE CS to discuss your individual account. But contractually, the previous reply is correct.
The Roam Abroad pass at £25/month allows you to use your UK allowances within the EU, but is subject to the Stable Links policy requiring you to be resident in the UK for - on average - 2 months in every 4.
