Hello I’m trying to get in contact through the contact us page but the start conversation button won’t appear. I’ve had my phone service suspended so I can’t can’t call out and need to sort out payment arrangement

Log into your MyEE account the live chat should pop up there once someone is available

You can also call EE C/S using 0800 0798586 from any working phone.

Did you manage to get in touch? I've checked this morning and the 'start conversation' button seems to be there.
