Confused with early termination fees within 30 days of contract ending

Hi, I'm trying to cancel and get a PAC for my contract, I am 28 days away from the contract ending, but the advisor wants to charge me an early termination charge of £81.98?

Bit confused, will this be the next monthly payment due or is this on top of it? I thought I could cancel without penalty?

Clearly missing something so if anyone can explain in simple terms please (!!) and be kind 😉 that would be much appreciated - thank you

Okay - thanks all, this has helped to clarify. I'll wait until I'm definitely fully out of contract then do it!
