Complaint wait time

Hello,

Does anyone know how long it’s taking for getting a callback in relation to complaint I lodged via the website? I had a complaint reference sent to me via SMS last night.

There is no committed time in Complaints code of practice except that if you don't get satisfaction after 6 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider.
