Hello,
Anyone know how to contact ODR?
Can't sseem to complete online as asks to select company country but no UK/Great Britain/England etc option. States on EE complaint notice ODR is step 3 so assume option but can't work out how.
Thank you

@Mel1407 : ODR is an EU instrument. We ain't in EU!
EE's Code of Practice hasn't been updated for Brexit.

Hey there @Mel1407, welcome to the EE Community!
Which page are you looking at here when searching for our complaints process?
I've had a check of our current complaints code of practice, and this references the UK Communications Ombudsman as the final step for any complaints dispute.
