Complaint: Mobile Bills

KhaldounJ

Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my mobile bills. There has been a significant increase in the amount I owe compared to what I used to pay for my mobile bill. This has been happening for several months now, and despite contacting the company and leaving a note, I have not received a callback.

Upon reviewing my previous phone bills, I noticed that in March 2023, I was charged around 13 pounds. However, the charges have increased to 23 pounds recently.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and refunding the excess charges to my account or card.

Thank you for your attention.

-K.
