My account has been closed due to a miscommunication. I don't want it closed. Is it possible to have to reinstated.?

@MattyHdj  You need to call customer support to resolve this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
