Hi my daughter gets charged every month for something called check text receipt price ranging from £13:99 to £2:49 and throughout the month on random days does anyone know what this is.How can I stop it. EE said they would cancel other subscription to see if it stops these payment’s. Thanks @Fabmel73

@Jess301   You’ve been billed as something has been purchased against your number.  If it’s an App Store then you’ve setup payment via your phone bill. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are you aware if it is a one off charge or a subscription?

If you wish for a charge to account bar to be applied please text BAR to 150 from the number which has the charges.

Morning. It’s lots of charges and a subscription. I have spoke to someone at EE and they have put a permanent bar on the phone so these charges won’t happen again. I’m just down a lot of money now as can’t seem to get it back unfortunately.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to get these charges back. 

Hopefully now with the bar on the account this won't happen again in the future. 

Have your subscriptions been cancelled?

I can’t seem to cancel the subscription. But if the bar is in place and I have removed to number to pay for things will it still happen?

If it's an active subscription already in place I believe this will need cancelled. 

Does a short code or name show on your bill near the subscription charges?
