Why do I keep getting charged without knowing I pay my bill then I got charged and EE taking more money out of my account I want to report it but I don’t know where do. There it two times they charged me when I didn’t get told there will be charges I have not even use the tablet yet and I wanted to take it back but they saying I have to pay £250 to cancel it

yes I have check the breakdown of my bill. 
It being charged for the changing the day to pay my bill which I didn’t change because the day is the same and I cancelled the paper bill but still charging

Why am I getting charger for paper bill which it been took off and getting charge for the day change which I never change the day it still got the same billing day 

@Profile closed   When did you stop paper billing ?   If this is your first bill since you requested this to stop you’ll still have a charge for it right till the date you requested it to stop.
