Hi everyone,
I recently noticed that I was charged around £25 for just four international calls. I genuinely wasn’t aware that these calls would cost that much, and I don’t recall seeing any warning about the charges beforehand.
I’m trying to understand what my options are and whether there’s anything I can do in this situation. Has anyone experienced something similar with EE? Is there a process for disputing the charges or requesting a goodwill refund?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, for £2.50 pm for those on contract or free for some PAYG, that can be applied for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates.
