I’ve had a charge on my bill, even though I have a spend cap. £8.45 twice on 4 aug for travel data add on. This is already included in my plan. This in on my daughter’s plan and she has been on holiday with her mum. I’m assuming that’s where it came from. But why would I be charged twice, and there is a £0 spend cap so it shouldn’t be possible?

The Spend Cap doesn't restrict the Travel Data Pass which she must have used on 2 days. You wouldn't have it included in your plan. You must be thinking of the Roam Abroad Pass. Your daughter's plan isn't your plan.
