Charged three direct debits this month.

I’m not sure if anyone else is in the same boat but I’ve been charged three direct debits for my sim only deal this month. Is there any reason for this? It should only be £10 a month but three of the same transaction have been taken from my account.

You need to call EE and discuss. 

Have you got three separate direct debits set up or have they taken the same one three times?

If it's the same one three times, you could try and get an instant refund of two of them by talking to your bank and claiming against the direct debit guarantee.
