Hi @Clay1.
Thanks for coming here.
Are you able to view your bill breakdown within your EE account?
Are you billed £115 every month?

What are the additional charges listed as on your bill, @Clay1?
You can tap the View bill tile in the EE app to check.

Hi @Clay1,
If the amount is varying each month you may be getting additional charges on your account based on usage.
It may have been things such as picture messages, addons or other services which you have added to your bill.
It's worth installing the EE App to view your bills and get an itemised breakdown of where your charges are coming from.
Hope this helps!

If you send emoji in a SMS they get changed to a MMS message and are chargeable.
Have you bought things with your phone like on Xbox or PlayStation if you have either or even App Store?
Few have mentioned check your bill for a breakdown of charges and should tell you.
