Hi. I have recently changed my payment dates to the 28th. It has usually been the 19th for the past 2 years.
I recently received a text a usually get every month saying which day I the money will come out of my account for my phone bill.
I got a text from them yesterday, saying that I will get paid on the 19th even though I have recently changed it to the 28th. I have looked on the app and it also says that I will be paid on the 19th instead of the 28th.
I was just wondering does it take a few days/weeks for it all to go through, or is it just an automated mistake and the payment will actually be on the 28th.

It's possible that it could be a mistake. I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team though, they'll be able tock your account and confirm what is happening.
