Think someone should finally point this out cause it’s seriously starting to annoy me, ee says if you want to change your direct debit you need to click the top right button and press options that aren’t even there….
as you can see there’s no option whatsoever for neither broadband or direct debit.
now here I’ve pressed the “middle button” for accessing the bills and payments unlike the top right that we falsely states. And even at that I still have no option for changing a direct debit.
I wonder how many people have ruined there credit history due to ee not updating there help forms after app updates.

Can I just check you are doing this on your desktop browser as detailed in your screenshot?
