If account holder and third partie agreed to an upgrade on the phone together and upgrade gone straight active to ee account after 24 ours can the both parties agree to change ownership or the number recently upgrade and it's not a flex plan ?

@Ameliafluke Once you have the device/contract you can call customer support to request a change of ownership. The other person will have to pass a credit check before this will happen though.
