Is there anyway to change from a Monthly mobile plan to PAYG, without having to make payment?

@dposborne67 if you’re still within your contract term, you’ll have to pay off that contract to the minimum term if that is what you’re referring to. If you’re out of contract you just need to call customer services and tell them you want to switch to pay-as-you-go you need to give 30 days notice so there will be only one payment for that 30 days. You’ll be refunded a part payment if you are charging mid billing cycle.

Please I recently (yesterday) switched to EE network. I initially went for the unlimited and half price package and a contract was drafted. The next date given to me for activation I opted for the 12months contract to pay 17pounds and 25gig per month. But I discovered I made that decision without full understanding of things. Please I want to go back to the unlimited package. Please can you assist me reverting back to the unlimited and half price package.
I entered a contract for two sims. Please help me.
