You can update your home address within the EE app or your EE account online.

@Andyh252 You login to your EE online account to change it. This is a public forum not your EE account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I need to change my address also I think I’m due for a upgrade

Thanks for coming here.

If you log into your My EE account online, select Plans and Subscriptions, you can change the address and see when you are eligible to upgrade.
