Change of billing date

I have done that. I also paid this month for subscription, and now EE has given me credit and I will be charged again this month for my subscription. Why am I being charged twice in the same month? Why am I paying extra?

If you've been given credit for your first payment, then you're not being charged twice

Post up photos or screenshots of all your bills, but remove personal details

 They have already taken £13 from me, which is my bill, and have credited me around £7, and are saying my next bill will *also* be this month, then I will get my bill in November.
