Hi, I've got a new debit card so my bill did not automatically go our and now my account is suspended. how do i update my card information?

@Roisin7  Have a look at THIS   But your DD is from your bank account not your card,  I’ve had new cards in the past and it’s never stopped my DD from being taken. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B : The OP's payment method is their debit card, not DD.

 

@Roisin7 : Go into your MyEE > Bills & Payments & amend your Payment Method.
