You can change your address in your My EE account.

To update your address in My EE, please select your mobile plan from the plans and subscriptions tab.

Hi James - there seem to be a problem with this and the board users are asking me to change their addresses (and the engine send me their new addresses via email). Looks like the board information / explanations to new users are inadequate, so this needs some user journey work 😉

Have you tried changing your address in the EE App? It's under settings and permissions > change billing address.
