Despite being with orange/EE for well over a decade, I’m finding I can get much better deals elsewhere. My contract is coming up for renewal, and I’m wanting to know how I go about cancelling it. Thank you

Here you can give your 30 days notice.

Does the 150 call need to be made on the number you wish to cancel or can you call on a different number? 

Can be on any number just make sure they know what number you want to cancel

Welcome to the community.

If you're just looking to cancel the number outright, without keeping it or changing to pay as you go, you need to speak to our Mobile Care team
