Good evening.
I have tried calling but they have suggested to contact through this due to high levels of calls.
How do I find out how much I have left to pay for my contract? For example will I be charged to leave? I have been told I can upgrade so I am guessing I have paid my phone off.
I cannot afford to stay with EE after looking at the deals and have found a cheaper deal elsewhere.

@kayleigh7893 your not free to leave you are at best within your upgrade period or you’ve been given an offer to upgrade early. If you open the My EE app look at plan and add ons it will say when you contract will reach its minimum term. What is the date given ?

Text INFO to 85075 to find out your early termination fee. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.
EE has no concept of paying off the handset. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the contract.
