How do I get to talk to customer service without waiting on the phone for 30 minutes then you hang up

I tried requesting a call I even drove to the nearest store to find it closed Monday have you a problem with staff shortage

We don't know we are just customers.
Did the store have any opening times on the window that states it should've been open? Or did it state it is normally closed on a Monday
What is your issue we may be able to help on here though.

No it had no opening or closing times just a big note in the window saying we will be closed Monday the 1st of August

I need to renew my contract as my phone bill as gone up if I pick 1 on line I don't want to be paying twice ie the no contract plus my new one this is why I like to talk to customer service every thing is on line no personal help

If you choose the option to Upgrade you won't be paying twice.
Log into your MyEE and choose upgrade. Don't just go straight to the EE online store.

If you call 150 and select upgrades you will be connected to the upgrade team who can help you with the upgrade, without adding an additional line on your account.

@Diannedennis914 , if you live in Scotland, 1st August was bank holiday, so that could be why it was closed.
