Hi,
I have ordered a iPhone 14 pro from the EE store and I have waited almost for one month. And I haven’t got the phone. So I cancelled my contract. I haven’t received my upfront cost of £50 and they have also took £71 from my bank account as direct debit.

@Libina Your upgrade has nothing to do with you paying off your old contract that you cancelled.
Did you go to the store and request that they cancel the upgrade/order ? As they took the upfront cost.
