Cancelling a device

Has anyone had problems cancelling a device? I've rung 3 times so far and still have the device on my account. Telephone calls don't seem to be working - anyone got any suggestions as to where to go next?

You usually need to give 30 days notice to cancel a pay monthly plan. When did yo first call?

I cancelled on the 6rh April and have been told I will be paying to the 1st June.Lesson learned - never again!Sent from my Samsung device
