Cancelling Sim

How do I cancel it? I accidentally sent for two when trying to renew my £15 pack so now have 2 £15 Sim cards.. i’ve done the return form thing but i just get this email. On my homepage i have my current number and the number on there other sim.. how do i get it off?

@nlamhxox : If you ordered by phone or online you always have the right of a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

This legally applies equally to PAYG as to contracts.
