Cancelling Contract

I'm 19 and have just singed a contract for my first phone to pay myself. For context the phone and number I currently use is still under a business contract under my dads account and has a few moths before this contract ends. After speaking to my parents about the new contract i've gotten for myself i have changed my mind and want to return the phone and cancel the contract. (i am still under the 14 day cooling-off period and haven't even broken the seal on the box the new phone came in) However i am running into the same issue as every time i call 150 or any other EE number it puts me through to the business support line which no one ive spoken on there can provide me with the information or people i need to speak to, to cancel this new personal contract. I'm writing this as i've made a order return request a few days ago and have still not had any response back from EE. I'm worried that the 14 day cooling off period will expire and i will be locked into this contract and be stuck with it because i can't speak to anyone to help me with this problem.

If anyone can help me out and tell me what else i can do it would be much appreciated Thanks.

As you are calling 150 from your Dad's business phone it goes to the business support line. Instead call EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 2) in my sig.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband
