Cancellation

Hi All

I had a sim only deal attached to my phone contract which is no longer required... I have tried following the process of calling to cancel this but every time i do, the call just cuts off after 10 minutes of being on hold. (Quite frustrating) Is there another way i can cancel this sim only deal as calling just doesn't seem to be working.

You could also obtain a Service Termination Authority Code (STAC for short) - get a PAYG SIM from another provider, and give the STAC to them.

Or write in to the CS complaints postal address giving your cancellation notice that way.
