Hi
My dad has tried to cancel the line on my behalf, I currently now reside in the us. My contract runs out September and wish to cancel but without a email correspondent it’s been difficult because I don’t own the ee sim for them to connect with me. As it’s now unblocked for me to use a us SIM card. I am just wishing to cancel is there a way I can electronically do this? My dad spoke with ee and he said to try this

@Adzylad , Your Dad will not be able to do this, unless he has a power of attorney, but you do have to give 30 days notice as contracts do not just end, you can either write to them via letter or there is an 0800 number you can ring, using something like Skype. You can find this here:
