Cancellation

one of my contract end dates was in march this year and I’m not sure if I’m able to cancel due to having add to plans on that line. I’d like to know if it is possible to move the add to plans over to another line on my account as it’s £60 per month I’m still paying for and I’m struggling to afford the full bill.

Hi @Mark06

Welcome to the community.

If you are cancelling your contract entirely then the remaining balance for your add to plan would be due as a lump sum.

However, if you are upgrading that line to a new phone or sim only then the add to plan payments would remain the same.

It might be worth speaking with our guides to go through your options.

Thanks

I have add to plans on a line that ran out of contract in march and I’d like to cancel as I’m paying £60 for a phone that is already paid off and I can barely afford it as I’m paying for other lines too. I’d like to know if these add to plans can be moved over to another line.
