This message was sent to me but I didn’t cancel?
Hi from EE, your total charge for ending your contract early for 07******* is £308 (excluding any outstanding add-to-plan product payments). This will show on your final EE bill, find out more here ee.co.uk/leavingus Thanks
Does this mean I have cancelled my daughters phone?

@Tierfold : No, you haven't! You just pressed a link in MyEE entitled "Thinking of Leaving EE" to just enquire what your leaving fees would be were you to cancel your contract, but it does not actually cancel it. For that you would need to phone up.

Was this message received in response to an enquiry about termination costs? Such as texting INFO to 85075?
The only way you could have cancelled your daughter's phone would be by requesting a PAC/STAC and giving it to a new provider, or by requesting 30days cancellation via CS.

I didn’t send a text but did visit the leaving EE page via the app. However I had selected another number from my account, seems it reverted back to the number that received the message which is top of my list.
It did say I would need to call EE to cancel but the message threw me off as it sounds like I had actually cancelled the contract.
I appreciate your response 😁
