I recently opened up a new contract and took out three new devices, but unfortunately I lost those three devices in addition to this due financial circumstances and other stuff that  i can’t disclosed I afford to to pay for it anymore and I’m within the 14 days of the cool down, i was wondering if it’s possible to still cancel my contract?

@Dingerbell70  No,  it was a store sale,  you don’t have a change of mind policy.

If they can't say why they lost all three items it's because they sold them.

@Caravan999 , this is an old thread, so why are you commenting on it? It is dated 2024, by the way, but you could be right although it is possible that all three items were stolen, not sure how you can lose all three.
