@Denise01 : You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

To cancel a contract, please call us on 150 and the team will help you with the cancellation request.

I’m also trying to cancel my contract and am being sent round in circles by your automated system. Ridiculous. I only upgraded this week and really not happy with the price.
