Hi all I recently added a SIM card to my wife’s phone and I can gift her data etc but since last Friday she can’t get a signal at her work place but her old provider she could . I have asked to cancel this contract as it’s within the 14day period but we say with me going into an ee shop they can’t cancel this ! Can anybody help as this didn’t seem right it’s all we after all and it’s no good if she can’t get a signal at work . Thanks

@heppy1 you have no cooling off period with a store sale. No network will guarantee a signal indoors. But you would have to go back to the store and try and argue the case of lack of signal. Just out of curiosity can your wife use Wi-Fi calling when she’s at work as this will provide a signal when indoors as that’s exactly what it’s for.

Give EE a call on 150 to see if you can cancel.
Where did you purchase the sim only? If you purchased in a store then there isn't a 14 days cooling off period, but if you have no signal there is a clause where you can but you need to call EE to do this.
