I want to cancel my Sim contract. But customer service is telling they can't do that, so I should go to store and talk there. I went to the store they are also telling they can't cancel I should talk to customer service. None of them are doing it. What should I do? Any please can help me?

Have they given you a reason for not being able to cancel your sim contract?
Are you still within your minimum term?

They are not showing any reason. They are just telling they can't. I am still within minimum term. I have taken the contract last week.

If you're within 14 days of purchase then you can cancel, if not you'll need to pay the remaining contract term and give 30 days notice.

@Wahid75 if you took it out in store there is no calling off period but if you purchased it via online or by calling customer support then you need to call customer Support and tell them you’ve had a change of mind.
If it was a store purchase it’s at the managers discretion at the store if they decide to accept your request to get cancel the contract.
