I want to pay bill but ee app & website not working Today is due date

Good evening, I am contacting you regarding my WiFi router, as it has broken down and I would like an engineer to come and change my WiFi router. Thank you.

Trying to use my phone in spain on pay as you go but when i try to reply to the message from ee it doesnt reconise the texts so i cant use my phne to get a data package, i want to pay the £10 for 7 days but its not letting me
