Received a text message stating that my bill was ready to view. Click on the link, takes me to the EE welcome page. Tried the help page re viewing bills. Tells me to download the app. Download the app and navigate to manage. No option at all to view bills. Tried linking my broadband ID and also doesn’t work. Try texting 150 to view my bill and only getting a message send failure. What is going on?
How is it so difficult to view a bill? I’ve tried everything under the sun and had no success so how can this be resolved?

What do you call your Broadband ID? Does it start with "GB"?

Yes, tried putting that number in but only met with an error message
