Can’t pay bill

I’m trying to pay my bill from abroad. I can’t use the app as it says it’s in maintenance. I can’t login to my ee online as it says that’s in maintenance. Calling is out of hours and texting doesn’t work. How do I pay my bill?

@Eoin3 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Thanks for trying. That link doesn’t work at the moment. It gives me the same error as my ee. “Sorry you can’t access my ee right now”
