Is anyone else having trouble getting hold of an actual advisor? I’ve been stuck in hold for 45 mins with awful Christmas music not one real person yet!

Hello, yes I went all through the help pages and wasn’t able to find my answer. Luckily did get through to someone after 1hr 35 mins wait so problems sorted now. Thank you for your time
