its currently impossible to contact anyone at EE, I call 150 it says service unavailable, I call other EE contact numbers, can't speak to anyone, my billing page online doesn't work, I can view one account and download my bills but it won't access my second account, you select the second account and it keeps taking me back to the first accounts details, its an endless loop

I'm not aware of any issues with the 150 service. Have you been able to get connected?

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know what`s happening with paying online bills or making a payement via the application or pc functions?
I`ve been trying to pay my bill since weeks and every time the payement didn`t go through and unable to pay it.

@Foxy0515 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

YES IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE AT EE A HIGH COST SEVICE WITH MINIMUM CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I REGRET EVERY HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEM. Ofcom should look into this company asap.
