Hi, I really need some help here as, after leaving EE (as mobile phone provider) a couple of weeks ago, I got billed for the last month but I can't find the breakdown of the bill on my EE account online...it seemed like they have cancelled everything, there are no biils of the recent years. How is it possible? It doesn't seem right at all. Please advice 🙏 Thanks!!

Welcome to the community,
You will have to ring customer service press option 2 to get through to one of the billing guides to see if they can help.
That is normal, once you have left, they close your account.

I’m in the same situ, got my PAC, swapped to another provider, fine for most of the day then lost all signal from either phone and provider. Can’t call 150 on either phone. Can’t find my bill on app despite endlessly logging in. Can’t contact my boys who are just leaving ia long haul flight, can’t get my access any agents…
