I called EE this morning as I have been getting billed twice. Turns out rather than upgrading me that opened a new account. Customer service ‘fixed it’ by closing one account and merging products but now my sim doesn’t work and I can’t call customer service and can’t find an online chat service because they closed the account I had access to. Any other way I can contact we online as I have no access to another phone to call?

If you have access to another phone or have something like Skype, you can ring them for free, using the numbers in my signature and pressing option 2 to get through to a person.
