Been trying to access my acount for my pay as you go mobile. I've been using this number for at least 4 years now and normally just top up from calling 150 (its moved to 360 now). But I wanted to check my account status etc. I tried to log in (i've done so before but a long time ago.) but I keep getting re-directed to the "Link your products" page.
Have downloaded and tried accessing from the app but keep getting to a message saying "We're having trouble linking your products"

If you are seeing this error on both the app and the website when trying to link your account, please give our customer service guides a call for help.
They'll be able to bring up your account details and help to get it linked as it should be.
