Call cap

I am in Thailand and unable to call England due to spending cap need this removed please

Hi @Tony104 I hope you're having an amazing time in Thailand 🙂

You can change your spend cap via your My EE account, just follow these steps:

1. Log into the EE website
2. select Plans & Subscriptions, from the top right of your screen
3. select Manage Mobile
4. scroll down the page, select Spend Cap
5. set the amount you want to set as your Spend Cap
6. click the Change cap button.
