Does anyone know how to stop EE sending threatening emails for payment of non existent bills?

I cancelled my contract due to high cost and poor customer service.  After the final payment was taken I stopped the Direct Debit (just in case).

They're still trying to take my money and are now threatening to damage my credit rating if I don't pay.

@Dissatisfied2  did you call customer support to give 30 days notice of termination? Just stopping the DD on the minimum term date doesn’t cancel the contract unless you give notice to terminate.  At the minimum term the contract changed to a 30 day rolling contract it doesn’t just end.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
