I want to see my bills and specifically my final bill but it always shows as cannot load and a problem from your side, I need to acquire the bills even if by email

Have you tried both the web portal and the app.
If all fails you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 or via https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee
