My monthly bill payment is only supposed to be £107.00 and they have charged me over £100 more. 

Can anyone give me advice or a bit of help to get the money back that was overcharged?

i have looked over and over again multiples of times. and i have contacted them and they won’t do anything. what do i do? how do i request a refund? is there a form i can fill out and submit?

@serenmai123   What does it say this cost is for on your bill breakdown?    You’re not charged extra for no reason      And no there is no form you can fill out.     You could make a complaint via THIS     
So what are the extra charges for ?   Can you show an image of this ?  Please remove any personal information
