Firstly, by posting your mobile number on a public internet forum you have invited spammers to start contacting you. Unless the site admins beat you to it, I'd suggest editing your post to remove that.
This forum isn't customer service and the replies you'll get are from posts such as this. If you want to explain your query, then we may be able to help on here. Otherwise you should call 150 from your mobile if the issue is account-specific.
