Hi I got a contract out on the 19th I think it was. 

2 contracts.

(Plan) One for 30.30  tariff. 

(Flex) And 30.30 for phone

It was direct debit but I want to pay just normal online banking. .  I've managed to cancel I think the direct debit from my bank. But not sure. 

Ive managed to pay the plan but its saying everything has paid but it hasn't because I didn't pay the flex. the other £30.30.

How do I go about paying the other part. It just keeps saying its paid.. When infact its not.

Hope someone can help me.

A Flex Plan cannot be paid by DD. It's not a contract buy PAYG.
